Comics: Using Wet Napkins

Something I noticed when I was living in Japan is the way people use wet napkins. In Japan, they use it before a meal to kill of germs and bacteria before eating but in Singapore, we use it after a meal to clean off food remnants. So how about you? Do you use it before or after or not at all?

  1. I LOVED getting these before the meal in Japan. In fact, as a joke, my husband and I got to America and any time we went out for a meal couldn't help but say to one another 'Where's our moist towelette?' Especially since in Japan we were walking everywhere, even though the heat wasn't bad at all, it was LOVELY to be able to clean off our hands before digging in. =)

    1. Hehe, it certainly feels good not to leave your seat to get your hands cleaned before digging in!
